Recruiting:
If you happen across anyone who is interested in joining us, please have them send me an email at mike@f4ucorsair.com with a brief Warbird history of themselves and their handle. Recruits must attend at least 4 squad functions then the entire squad will vote on their acceptance. One dissenting vote denies the recruit membership.
Roles
of Duty:
XO Executive Officer
Basically the same roles as in real outfits, assigning wingmen, submission of raid and sweep missions to the CO. The man in charge when the CO isn't around.
Tactics Officer
Responsible for researching enemy tactics and having extensive knowledge of the terrain we fly in. Knowing current SitRep's of Arena before squad meet.
Coordination Officer
Responsible for promoting joint operations with other squads and contacting other CO’s via email and ingame relations. Promoting VMF-223 and representing us in a positive manner.
Strategic Air Command Officer
The SAC officer is in charge of bombing raids, calling and assigning targets, setting IP's and waypoints, works with tactics officer to safely achieve the squadron goals set by CO.

Squad Meet
Our official squad time will be Sunday Nights 9:00PM Eastern until whenever. Our main objective will always be make it home alive.
Transmissions: (text window)
Bulldogs will conduct themselves in an adult manner with all transmissions over Country channel and Channel 100. Baiting and verbal abuse will not be tolerated. Berating another player even when they are guilty is frowned upon. Basically act as how you would want to be treated.
Channel 110 is to be used during all squad functions unless on a joint OP then we will use TAC 23 unless specified by another squad.
During Squad functions, please keep all non pertinent information off of squad channels.
